I saw a meme online of someone at the beach using a fishing tackle box as a snack box, aka a “snackle box.’ Though this was supposed to be a joke, I took it VERY seriously and set out to create my own.

These are a staple in my fridge. I make a big batch almost every week, and they are gone! The perfect garnish for almost EVERY dish.

Good Bye bread crumbs & egg – hello, cooked leftover quinoa and flax egg ? These versatile little protein, flavor, and fiber balls are the best for meal prep and are enjoyed by the whole family.

Protein Ranch

This ranch is my favorite for many reasons, including but not limited to: it’s high protein content, classic ranch taste, and fresh additions! Pair it with anything buffalo, as a dressing or a dip!

Ever’s Muffins

These were developed for my friend’s daughter, who may I add, raves about them! They have no refined sugar, wheat, oil, gluten, or dairy (other than eggs) and are a sweet treat ready in 30 minutes! Top with lily’s chips if you’re feeling wild.
