Tuna + Broccoli Bites
The trifecta of tuna, broccoli, and cheese come together for the perfect lunchbox meal or on-the-go snack. They come together in a few minutes and can be made with any canned fish.
Equipment
- Baking tray
- Fork or spatula
- Measuring cups
- Tfal
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Can Tuna (in water) Look for low mercury certifications
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Onion Powder
- .5 Cup Bread Crumbs
- .5 Cup Grated Cheese We chose sharp cheddar
- 1.5 Cup Finely Chopped Broccoli Use the Tfal (on our website) to chop in 30 seconds
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil (for the bake tray) You can also use parchment paper
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grab all of your supplies
- In a bowl, add tuna and use a fork to flake. Add the remaining ingredients.
- On a baking tray, roll into 2-inch rectangles (the shape is not that important).
- Bake for 15 min or until golden.
Notes
These are so flavourful you can eat them on their own, but if you fancy an easy dip, mix together Greek yogurt, chopped capers and lemon juice.
