Stone Fruit & Strawb Toast
Nothing beats the sweetness of end-of-summer stone fruit and strawberries. This 3 ingredient breakfast toast brings fresh fruit and sunflower seed butter to give your Littles a good dose of protein, fiber, vitamin E, magnesium, and healthy fats. We think your kiddos will love how pretty these are, and you can even cut them into long strips for easy eating.
Ingredients
- Sourdough Bread
- Stone-fruit: Peach, Nectarine, Plum, Apricot
- Strawberries
- Sunflower Butter Any nut or seed butter will work
- Optional: Hemp Heart Sprinkles
Instructions
- Slice the fruit and berries super thin.
- Spread the nut better on the Sourdough toast.
- In alternating layers, from the top down, layer in the strawberries and stone-fruit.
- Optional: let your littles sprinkle hemp heart sprinkles on top
