Healthy Sprinkles

Giving your kiddo autonomy over their food + how they eat it can help boost their willingness to try new foods. One super easy way to do this is by offering sprinkles! Why we love them? great for texture and mildly sweet! They are also great for added fiber.

SESAME SEEDS

Why we love them? they are super affordable and are super nutritious as they are high in B vitamins and minerals like magnesium and manganese.*

CRUSHED PUMPKIN SEEDS

Why we love them? super high in iron and safe for nut-free activities.

DEHYDRATED FRUIT

Why we love them? super colourful and depending on the fruit can be high in vitamin C. Try Strawberries, Raspberries, or Kiwi.*
