Jovial is a GREAT brand. It carries various products, specializing in pastas, sauces and condiments that are all gluten-free. The texture and taste are that of pasta and it doesn’t get mushy or oddly firm. Try this for a gluten-free alternative!

This is Michaela’s #1. Not only does it almost perfectly clone a delicious pasta (it’s on the more firm side), it has 20grams of protein in one serving. This is the wonder pasta. You literally can have your cake and eat it too. MUST try for kiddos struggling to get their protein and parents trying to reach their gains!
