Protein Ranch
This ranch is my favorite for many reasons, including but not limited to: it's high protein content, classic ranch taste, and fresh additions! Pair it with anything buffalo, as a dressing or a dip!
Ingredients
- 1 cup siggi's plain yogurt
- 1 packet Simply Organic Ranch Seasoning
- 1 lemon juice of
- 1 tbsp fresh dill optional
- 1 tbsp fresh chives optional
- 2-4 tbsp plain almond milk or any kind of milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl, except the almond milk. Give it all a very good stir to combine.
- Use the almond milk one tbsp at a time to thin out the ranch to your desired consistency.
- Use a dressing, dip, or drizzle!
Notes
Using greek yogurt instead of sour cream and mayo brings the total calories down and nutrition up! You aren’t missing out on anything by using the yogurt!
